Meditation Classes in 2020
Wednesdays 6:45 - 8 pm
The next Meditation for Optimal Living classes will be on Wednesdays: January 29, February 12 and 19, from 6:45 - 8 pm in Bleecker Hall. You are invited to come and learn relaxation and breathing practices that will bring more calmness, clarity and heart-centeredness into your life.
There will be two twenty-minute seated meditations as well as discussion. You do not need to have attended any previous classes. Recordings are available for your meditations at home. The instructor is Irene Gubrud Finch.
