The Meditation for Optimal Living classes will resume on Wednesday, April 24 at 7:15 pm, and continue through May 8 and 22 and June 5. Learning and integrating Relaxation and Breathing practices into your life will bring you to a consistent level of positive energy and open-hearted well-being.
