Meditation for Optimal Living in 2019

Learn relaxation of the body, mind and spirit with instructor, Irene Gubrud Finch, voice and meditation teacher. Come to the class to experience a deep feeling of tranquility and calm during the 20-minute meditations. There will also be discussion about the process and the benefits of working with yourself in this new way. To guide your meditations at home, downloads and cd recordings are available. After this session, we will be taking a break during Lent, and will resume on Wednesday April 24, then every other week - May 8, 22 and June 5.
