BlueGreen Eucharist and Presentation
Sunday, Apr 28, 5 - 7:30 pm
Grow-to-Give Garden & Rectory
The calendars align during the last week of April - Earth Day on April 22 and Rogation Day (a day traditionally marked by the blessing of fields and farms) on April 25 - so on the evening of Sunday April 28, we will host our BlueGreen Theology Eucharist at the Grow-to-Give Garden on the eastern shore of St. John's Pond. We will bless different facets of the creation and our gardening efforts before we celebrate communion and then retire to the Rectory.
At the Rectory we will gather for fellowship, a fresh food potluck and a presentation on native and honey bees and the crucial role these pollinators play in our ecosystems. If you would like to bring a dish to share, please contact our Curate, Jesse W. Lebus.
